Each player is dealt an equal stack of artist cards, each featuring key facts such as year born, age at death, art movement, nationality, and subject or technique.
On each turn, the active player rolls the category die to determine what type of artist fact will be compared for that round.
All players flip over the top card from their pile at the same time and compare the information shown on their cards based on the rolled category.
The player whose artist wins the comparison collects all face-up cards from the round.
If there is a tie, the cards are placed into a discard pile. The next player to win a round collects both the round’s cards and the discard pile.
Play continues until one player collects all the cards — or players can stop at any time and count cards to determine the winner.
