RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. We do not offer traditional returns or exchanges for either digital downloads or physical workbooks. We pray every resource blesses your homeschool; if something isn’t right, email us at shannon@devotedtolittles.com and we’ll make it right.
DAMAGED • WRONG • MISSING ITEMS
We gladly replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect. Please email us within 7 days of delivery.
Scenario | What to Send Us | What Happens Next |

Damaged / Defective Workbook | • Order # • Brief description • Clear photo(s) of the damage | Once approved, we submit a fresh print order with Lulu Direct and ship a free replacement. No need to mail the damaged copy back. |
Wrong Item Received | • Order # • Photo of the incorrect item and packing slip | We’ll issue a prepaid return label if Lulu needs the mis-print back, then ship the correct workbook at no charge. |
Missing Item | • Order # • Item name(s) not received | We verify with Lulu or our digital-delivery logs and send the missing file or reorder the missing workbook right away. |
Tip for digital products: If a file link is broken or you accidentally bought the same PDF twice, let us know within 48 hours and we’ll resend or refund the duplicate.
SALES & DISCOUNTS
Prices are as listed at the time of purchase. We’re unable to apply retroactive discounts or price adjustments to prior orders—including site-wide sales such as Black Friday.
