Shipping Policy

1. What Ships (and What Doesn’t)

Note: We do not personally package or ship any books; Lulu handles printing, packing, and carrier pickup on our behalf.
2. Production & Transit Times (U.S. orders)

| Carrier transit | 5 – 7 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx Ground (chosen by Lulu based on your address) |

*Times are average estimates; peak seasons, weather, or carrier disruptions can extend delivery.
3. Tracking
A tracking number is emailed as soon as Lulu hands the package to the carrier. It can take up to 24 hours for the first scan to appear in the system.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier rates provided by Lulu.
5. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Shipments
Please email [shannon@devotedtolittles.com] within 7 days of delivery (include photos for damage). We’ll:
- Open a claim with Lulu; and
- Reprint & reship at no cost or issue a refund, per our Refund Policy.
We are not responsible for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier but missing from your location. Before contacting us, please:
- Confirm the shipping address on your order confirmation.
- Check with neighbors and your local post office.
- Allow 2 business days — packages sometimes show up late.
If the address you entered was incorrect and the package is returned to sender, we’ll happily resend it once it arrives back at Lulu. You’ll just need to pay the new postage.
6. International Shipping
We currently ship physical books within the United States only. International customers are welcome to purchase our digital downloads.
